Statement of Limited Warranty and Condition of Sale

FLO n STOP, Inc. warrants the components of the FLO n STOP Remote Controlled Water Security System to be free from defective material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

FLO n STOP, Inc. agrees to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, a defective component, if returned within the warranty period and with Proof of Purchase.  Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or external forces is not covered by this warranty.

FLO n STOP, Inc. is not responsible for the labor charges, removal charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs should the product fail to perform for any reason. In no event shall the liability of FLO n STOP, Inc., or it's Distributors, exceed the purchase price of the product.

CONDITION OF SALE

The FLO n STOP Wireless Water Security System is designed to provide many years of trouble free operation to help prevent the possibility of water damage to Real or Personal property.

FLO n STOP products are electrical and mechanical devices that operate in conjunction with each other and must be maintained in a reasonable corrosion free environment.

FLO n STOP is a risk reducing system.  The manufacturer or Distributor will not be responsible for any damage caused from proper or improper functioning of any component of the system.

All components of the system have a manufacturer's one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase to be free of mechanical or electrical defects.  Any component found to be defective should be returned to the manufacturer, with proof of purchase during the warranty period, and the component will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
